16ZDEBSC Vacuum Type Heating and Cooling Type
It is possible to grind while heating (maximum temperature: 180°C) and cooling (minimum temperature: -20°C) in a vacuum.
■Features - The basic performance of the Ishikawa-type stirring and grinding machine remains the same, allowing for grinding treatment while heating and cooling in a vacuum. - The porcelain bowl is covered with a copper pot, providing uniform heat transfer. It is also compatible with high thermal conductivity stainless steel bowls. - Heating and cooling from -20°C to 180°C can be performed while stirring and grinding, using external circulating liquid. - There is a window on the left side for checking the ground material during processing. - An inverter is standard equipment, allowing control of the pestle's rotation speed. ■Suitable Use Cases - Simultaneous concentration and drying treatment while dispersing and kneading slurries and pastes, enabling fine grinding without solidifying the material. - During the concentration process of slurries and pastes with added solvents, uniform dispersion and kneading treatment is achieved through the stirring effect of the pestle and the grinding action of the pestle tip. - Utilizing the dehydration effect of vacuum, it is possible to simultaneously grind and break down powder particles, allowing for the removal of moisture from hydrates and drying. This is also suitable for processing materials that are sensitive to humidity. - Concentration, drying, defoaming, and stirring and grinding treatment (simultaneous processing of stirring, grinding, kneading, dispersion, and mixing) can be performed in a vacuum/reduced pressure atmosphere or an inert gas replacement atmosphere with argon or nitrogen, making it suitable for processing anaerobic (oxygen-sensitive) materials.
